Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Please read before booking: Cancellations & Rescheduling I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your Reset Intensive Session. Sessions cancelled with less than 72hrs notice may be charged in full, as the space cannot be re-filled at short notice. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. Please aim to join 5 minutes early. Refunds Reset Intensive Sessions are non-refundable, but you may reschedule with 48 hours’ notice. No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without notice, the session is considered used and will be charged in full. In-Person Sessions If attending in person, please arrive at the Gainsborough office a few minutes early. The address will be provided in your confirmation email. Online Sessions Please ensure you have a stable connection and a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. By booking, you agree to these terms.
