Cancellation Policy

Phoenix Rising Booking Terms & Policy We’re so excited to welcome you to Phoenix Rising. Please take a moment to read our booking policy below before reserving your space. 💛 Deposits & Payments A £25 deposit is required to secure your place. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they cover administrative and website processing fees. Early Bird price (£155) is available until the date shown on the event description. After that, the Standard price (£175) applies. Any remaining balance is due by the due date advertised/on your invoice, unless you have an agreed payment plan in place. 🔁 Cancellations & Refunds We understand that life happens, so here’s how cancellations work: More than 4 weeks before the event: Deposit is retained (£25). Any additional payments made will be refunded in full. Or may transfer your space to a future retreat date. Between 4 - 2 weeks prior to the event: Deposit is retained (£25). 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded. Or you may transfer your space to a future retreat date. Less than 14 days before the event: No refunds are available, as all event costs and catering will have been confirmed. You may be able to transfer your space to a future retreat date at the discretion of Maddie and Paul - There may be a small charge for this to cover the catering and venue expenses. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to gift or transfer your place to someone else (just let us know their details in advance). 🕯️ Event Details You’ll receive an email one week before the retreat with arrival information, what to bring, and final details. Please note this is a non-residential retreat, but all meals and refreshments are included. 🌿 In the Unlikely Event of Cancellation by Us If the event has to be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered either: A full refund of all payments made (minus the deposit), or A transfer to a future Phoenix Rising retreat date. 🧘‍♀️ Final Note Phoenix Rising is a deep and restorative personal development experience. By booking, you acknowledge that you’re attending voluntarily and responsible for your own wellbeing throughout the day.
