Through guided hypnosis, coaching and reflection, you’ll get a real taste of the transformation that happens at our in-person retreats. This is your chance to pause, reconnect with yourself, and experience the first spark of your own Phoenix Rising. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for the Free “Release & Reset” Experience Booking: Spaces for our free online preview session are limited, so please only book a spot if you’re able to attend live. If something changes, just let us know - this helps us open your space for someone else. Access: The event is hosted live on Zoom. You’ll receive your access link by email shortly after booking and again on the day of the event. Recordings: The session will be recorded so that attendees can rewatch or catch up if they miss the live. By booking, you consent to being on a group Zoom call that may be recorded (though you’re welcome to keep your camera off if preferred). Cancellations: As this is a free event, there’s no charge for cancellation - but please give notice where possible so we can plan numbers. Next Steps: The “Release & Reset” experience is a free taster that gives you a feel for our work ahead of our in-person Phoenix Rising retreats. Following the event, you’ll receive an follow-up email with details of our next retreat and ways to continue your journey with us.
