Mindful Mondays - Every Monday, 1-2pm
Mindful Mondays is a weekly class that blends mindfulness and creativity. Each week we start with a quick check in followed by a creative activity that enables us to practice mindful awareness and we end with a ten minute meditation. This is the perfect class for you if you're looking to make new friends and learn new skills whilst being mindful.

Art of The Soul - Sat 14th June, 1-3pm
Join me for an afternoon of meditation and soul expression through art. This hands on workshop is a fabulous way of healing through creativity and self-expression. Starting with a meditation journey to connect to your inner self and including a tasty afternoon tea, you're sure to have an enjoyable day out in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Join Guest Cat Fullbrook (ANUTR) for this interactive and informative workshop on gut health. Learn all about your microbiome and how you can make positive changes to your gut and overall health with diet and lifestyle tips. Includes gut healthy snacks.
