RTT® Therapy
What is RTT®?
RTT® stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy, it is an effective hybrid modality developed by award winning therapist Marisa Peer. It combines elements of Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuroscience to get phenomenal results. So How Does It Work?
Your subconscious mind contains all the information you need to discover and transform the root cause of what is holding you back. RTT® works directly with your subconscious mind to get you unstuck quickly, effectively and to create lasting change.
Step One
Uncover and Transform Old Outdated Beliefs
Using the powerful method of RTT® we can find the root cause of what is holding you back. You gain clarity and insights and then, once an understanding is gained, you have the power to free yourself from that underlying cause.
Understanding is power and once you understand why you have a problem you can never go back. It's like discovering the truth about the Tooth fairy - you can't go back to truly believing, even if you wanted to.
Step Two
Install New, More Positive Beliefs
We then take these old beliefs and we reframe them, enabling you to let go of them and to release any old pain and hurt that came along with them. Using the science of Neuroplasticity we can then create new, more positive beliefs and habits in place of the old ones. Helping you to feel confident, empowered and self-assured. We then continue to reinforce them until they become hard wired in by using your very own bespoke hypnosis audio. Rewiring your mind for success and happiness.
Step Three
Support, Check Ins & Coaching
I will continue to monitor your progress through regular check in's and offer complete support throughout. The first check in will be 24-48hrs after your session. Then again between days 7-10 and finally a review session at day 21. During this time you will have full access to support from me giving you peace of mind that I am only an email or text message away.
