Consultation & Coaching
One week before your hypnotherapy session we will have a deep dive consultation to get really clear on why you want to stop and how you want to feel. We will address any concerns you may have over quitting and you will gain access to my Smoking Cessation Online Coaching Programme. This will help to prepare you mentally and emotionally for your stop date.

Hypnotherapy Session
Once you're feeling fully prepared and excited about the prospect of becoming smoke free, it is time for your hypnotherapy session. During the session we will uncover the root cause of your smoking habit and release the subconscious need once and for all. This is the day you will leave the smoking behind. These sessions take up to 2hrs.

Aftercare & Support
Following your session you will be provided with a personalised recording to listen to daily. This is an integral part of the process which reinforces the positive changes made and ensures the long term effectiveness of the session. You will have access to my full support for 21 days post session and I will check in with you to monitor your progress regularly.
